Dogs, well animals in general, have been my passion since I was a child. I can’t imagine doing anything else as a career other than working with animals.
I graduated from grooming school in 1998 and immediately began my grooming career at a Vet Clinic. In 2005, I made the decision to open my own salon. With a passion to grow in the industry, we bought a large building to expand the grooming salon into a boarding and daycare facility that is dogs-R-us today!
I attend several continuous educational seminars every year to give my clients the BEST possible products and services I can. I am certified in Canine CPR, and I’m a certified Canine Cosmetologist. I am a member of the National Dog Groomers Association, a member of the Intellectual Groomers Association, and my salon is AKC Safety certified. I am also an instructor & mentor at the Paragon School of Pet Grooming.
